Account Management Duties: Input data on Program account customers from field service documents, including estimator project notes and relevant source documents, using the appropriate estimating and information system and techniques. Maintain program loss communications protocols such as (but not limited to) Alacrity, EVP, PSP, and other specialty program loss protocols required by insurance companies, customers and management. In conjunction with the project manager, upload or in the carrier specified manner forward project information to the appropriate parties within established time frames. Assist the project manager in preparing company billing source documents for processing by Company Accounting department and forwarding completed project information to accounts receivable for entry into the company’s accounting system.
