Responsibilities

Consult with new and existing clients to determine their specific coverage needs and identify gaps in their current protection.

Develop and present tailored insurance quotes that offer real value and security to families in our community.

Manage an active pipeline of prospective clients while maintaining relationships with current policyholders.

Ensure all policy documentation and client files are accurate and up to date.

Collaborate with the agency owner to reach office goals and refine our sales approach.

Continuously expand your knowledge of insurance products and local regulations to provide the most accurate advice possible.

Requirements

Active Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Valid Michigan Life & Health Insurance License.

Previous experience working in an insurance agency or customer-focused sales environment.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong comfort level with computer systems and navigating multiple software platforms.

Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on active listening.

Experience with the Allstate agency management system is a plus.
