Maintenance Mechanic

Salary $26 - $34 per hour Schedule Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (Second Shift) Position Overview The Industrial Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in supporting manufacturing operations by maintaining and repairing production equipment and facility systems. This individual will ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and contribute to overall operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Maintain and repair production machinery, including automated, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues to ensure minimal production disruption Perform facility maintenance including basic carpentry, electrical, and plumbing work Execute preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment failure and unplanned downtime Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation Support installation and upkeep of equipment using tools such as welders, acetylene torches, and brazing/soldering equipment Follow all company safety, housekeeping, and operational standards Preferred Qualifications Experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment Working knowledge of PLCs and control logic (highly preferred) Welding and fabrication experience is a plus Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently on second shift EEO Statement Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
