Mortgage Document Quality Assurance Reviewer

This Mortgage File Document Reviewer role is with a large, respected global company that offers growth opportunities for the hard-working, reliable, engaged professional. The Mortgage File Document Reviewer is a long-term contract. salary: $17.9 - $18 per hour

Responsibilities

• Manage Mortgage Backed Security Documents from receipt to placement in the vault
• Lift and move boxes up to 35 pounds in weight to and from your cubicle to a push cart
• Push file carts from one area of the building to another
• Receive original and non-original documents from multiple sources including shipment, fax, and computer 
• Review 20+ data points for accuracy (loan amount, borrow information, lender information, assigned to, loan tenure, etc)
• Site exceptions and handle deficiencies
• Interact with the Relationship Manager to provide details of exceptions and what is needed
• Manage trailing documents
• Utilize your keen eye for detail to perform quality assurance
• Organize and file the documents and file for proper storage in the vault
