Senior Business AnalystAn Excellent Opportunity to work with one of the Largest Banking client in Jersey City, NJPay Range: $55/hr – $65/hrJob DescriptionThe successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision, roadmap, and goals for assigned applications and projects. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and global development teams to deliver robust and sustainable business software solutions using agile methodologies. The candidate will ensure that requirements are comprehensively understood, documented, and actioned.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and problems, ensuring that business and functional requirements are clearly understood and met.Partner with the product team to create, prioritize, and refine features and user stories from the product backlog for the scrum team, ensuring readiness for upcoming sprints.Work with UI/UX designers to align user interface designs with user needs and the overall application vision.Ensure user stories are delivered in line with business requirements by partnering with business stakeholders and the scrum team.Support capacity planning and the development of long-term strategic goals for systems and software in collaboration with business stakeholders and technology management.Collaborate with technology team members, end users, and other stakeholders in testing new software programs and applications, including coordinating UAT.Analyze and report on the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and features, developing testing strategies for improvement.Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management and end users.Enhance or improve business processes via integration, minimizing the impact on those processes where necessary.Required SkillsExtensive experience (10+ years) as a product business analyst on technical programs and projects in large, complex, and fast-paced environments.Strong analytical and project management skills with a deep understanding of interpreting customer business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements using agile principles.Excellent relationship management, communication, teamwork, and influence skills, with the ability to operate at senior levels in both written and verbal communications.Proficiency in MS SQL Server.The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, paid holidays annually - AS Applicable.
