Experience:

• 60 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 6 months gap required between for Any Contract Type at Program: Aya Program - Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: EPIQ ultrasound machine experience required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous Charge Experience: Preferred.

Required Credentials: Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.

Special Requests: Cannot apply to any Ohio State University facilities if you have an active application to any of the James Cancer Hospital & Research facilities.

Unit Details: Exams are performed portable; some patients are brought to the IP unit, and Ross outpatient exams are performed with varying degrees of acuity. Adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population with varying diagnoses and varying levels of acuity throughout the medical center. Uses Philips, GE, and Siemens ultrasound equipment. Agency staff have the following parking permit options (purchased through CampusParc at osu.campusparc.com): WMC Agency Permit (Most Convenient Option) -24/7 access to Wexner Medical Center Garage (guaranteed availability); $224.80/month, $748.58 per 100-day permit / WB Permit (Budget Option) - Weekend/holiday access to 9th Ave East & West Garages, 24/7 access to West Campus surface lots (WB/WC spaces), Shuttle service provided to the medical center; $16.35/month / CXS Permit - Weekend/holiday access to 9th Ave East & West Garages, 24/7 access to Buckeye (CX) and West Campus surface lots, $32.83/month. Parking costs and options are subject to change per CampusParc policies.

Shift & Scheduling: Either 4x10s or 5x8s. 4x10s: weekdays 7 AM - 5:30 PM. 5x8s: weekdays, M-F 8 AM - 4:30 PM. Occasional Saturday-only weekend rotation 8 AM - 1 PM, ~2-3 per 13 week contract.

14 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 7 days

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years
