Job Description Direct Sales Agent Specialist (Direct Auto Insurance is an Allstate Business) is responsible for profitable growth and attainment of business goals by driving new business sales and building rapport and trust with customers. This position drives sales, builds and retains a book of business within the market/retail location, attracts new customers, cross‑sells existing customers, and supports Auto, Life, Auto Club, and Roadside Assistance offerings. The role sells to walk‑in customers, markets products outside the office via marketing calls and in‑person visits, creates community relationships, and assists customers in the office.
