Licensed Hair Stylist - Floyd's 99 Barbershop (Nolensville, TN)

Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Nolensville is hiring licensed Hair Stylists who bring talent, personality, and great energy behind the chair!

Floyd's 99 Barbershop is not just any barbershop - it's a place where creativity flows, the music is always on, and talented stylists like you can shine in a dynamic, high-energy setting. We combine expert services with a fun, music-filled atmosphere - think old-school barbering with a modern, rock-and-roll edge - to give clients an awesome experience. If you're passionate about your craft and want to build a loyal clientele in an upbeat, edgy environment, we want to meet you!

$25-$50+ per hour: hourly guarantee - or- commission, whichever is greater (including service commissions, tips, product commissions, and bonuses)

Front desk coordinator scheduled open to close to handle phones, transactions, and bookings

Perform exceptional barber services including fades, tapers, clipper work, razor services, and beard grooming.

Deliver an outstanding guest experience with confidence, friendliness, and professionalism.

Maintain a clean, organized station and follow all sanitation standards.

Work in a fast-paced environment with weekends required.

Support the Floyd's culture - upbeat, inclusive, energetic, and team-focused.

Current Barber or Cosmetology License (must be comfortable with clipper cutting).
Strong skills in cutting, styling, and clipper techniques.
Great communication and customer service skills with a friendly, upbeat attitude.
Ability to work well in a busy, high-volume shop.
Open to working evenings and Sundays.
