Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Nolensville is hiring licensed Hair Stylists who bring talent, personality, and great energy behind the chair!

$25-$50+ per hour: hourly guarantee - or- commission, whichever is greater (including service commissions, tips, product commissions, and bonuses)

Perform exceptional barber services including fades, tapers, clipper work, razor services, and beard grooming.

Deliver an outstanding guest experience with confidence, friendliness, and professionalism.

Maintain a clean, organized station and follow all sanitation standards.

Work in a fast-paced environment with weekends required.

Support the Floyd's culture - upbeat, inclusive, energetic, and team-focused.

• Current Barber or Cosmetology License (must be comfortable with clipper cutting).
• Strong skills in cutting, styling, and clipper techniques.
• Great communication and customer service skills with a friendly, upbeat attitude.
• Ability to work well in a busy, high-volume shop.
• Open to working evenings and Sundays.
