Product Supply Nestlé PURINA PetCare Company is the world's largest producer of cat and dog food and has been an important part of your pet's nutrition for many years. We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Maintenance Supervisor at our Jefferson, Wisconsin factory. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who is committed to excellence, teamwork, personal growth, and continuous improvement in meeting the challenges of a dynamic industry. Management of personnel engaged in carrying out departmental objectives utilizing knowledge of company purposes, rules, regulation, procedures, and practices. (Objectives include preventative and routine maintenance of machinery and systems as well as installation and upgrades to equipment). Plans, conducts, facilitates, and supervises training of personnel. Reviews leave requests, initiates disciplinary actions, evaluates personnel performance and delivers performance feedback. May also be involved in interviewing applicants for maintenance positions. Coordinates work activities of maintenance with other departments to ensure Nestle standards of safety, quality and efficiency. Takes ownership of area of responsibility and leads problem solving efforts in that area. Works with Planner and other Team Leaders to plan and execute work. Requirements High School Diploma or GED. 1+ years of leadership experience 3 years of experience working in industrial maintenance environment It is our business imperative to remain a very inclusive workplace.
