This role provides technical leadership and oversight to refine and integrate products into the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS). Projects typically focus on Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) initiatives and product improvements related to quality and cost. The Engineering Supervisor collaborates closely with manufacturing, R&D, and customers to define product scope and application requirements.**Key Responsibilities*** Lead and manage a team of 2–5 design and project engineers.* Communicate effectively and provide leadership within the Design Engineering function and across other departments.* Manage technical ownership and content for the electro‐mechanical brake product portfolio.* Lead VAVE initiatives and product improvement activities within the Design Engineering department.* Prepare customer reports communicating verification and validation results related to new designs, changes, or deviations.* Work directly with customers on new applications and custom design solutions.* Prepare or oversee the development of accurate engineering drawings for new or revised designs.* Apply and oversee the use of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).* Develop and apply in‐depth product knowledge to specific customer applications.* Utilize 3D solid modeling CAD software and finite element analysis (FEA) tools for product design and analysis.* Ensure adherence to all safety rules and report questionable conditions to management.* Travel up to 10% domestically, primarily to customer locations or other Regal Rexnord facilities.**Required Skills and Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field.* Minimum of 8 years of experience in product or process development involving industrial products; relevant internships and demonstrated accomplishments may be credited toward experience.* Strong willingness to work hands‐on to build, develop, and troubleshoot products and processes.* Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings, technical manuals, safety rules, professional publications, and government regulations.* Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and respond to questions from employees, managers, customers, and the public.* Proven ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast‐paced environment.**Preferred Skills and Qualifications*** Manufacturing experience.* Experience with high‐reliability products, industrial automation, or export‐controlled products.* Proficiency in 3D modeling software, preferably SolidWorks.# # **Benefits*** Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Drug Coverage* Spending accounts (HSA, Health Care FSA and Dependent Care FSA)* Paid Time Off and Holidays* 401k Retirement Plan with Matching Employer Contributions* Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance* Paid Leaves* Tuition Assistance# **About Regal Rexnord**Regal Rexnord is a publicly held global industrial manufacturer with 30,000 associates around the world who help create a better tomorrow by providing sustainable solutions that power, transmit and control motion.
