You’ll: Diagnose residential heating and cooling system problems Troubleshoot equipment and determine the proper repair Complete HVAC service and repair work efficiently and correctly Perform maintenance and system evaluations Explain system issues, repair recommendations, and options to homeowners Document completed work and maintain service records Maintain a professional customer experience on every call Follow company safety, quality, and workmanship standards Work independently while managing your daily service schedule What You Bring 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience EPA Universal Certification Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Solid mechanical knowledge and hands‑on repair ability Valid driver's license and clean driving record Professional communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently in residential homes Own standard HVAC hand tools NATE certification is a plus. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM On-call participation is flexible. Technicians can participate in the rotation for additional hourly compensation, or discuss an opt‑out arrangement.
