Wine-Focused Beverage Manager — Pastis Miami

We're seeking a Wine-Focused Beverage Manager  who can pair deep wine expertise with strong operational leadership. This role goes beyond the cellar: you'll help drive our wine program while also supporting staff training and floor management across the restaurant.

What You Bring

• A self-motivated, team-first attitude and commitment to excellence
• Exceptional French wine knowledge, including major Crus, classified growths, and all key growing regions
• Experience managing a cocktail and spirits program
• 3+ years as a restaurant operations manager or beverage manager
• 3+ years overseeing a wine program — list development, purchasing, inventory management, and staff training
• Familiarity with beverage inventory systems and strong computer skills preferred
• Sommelier certification preferred
