Active VA/Multistate RN license required. 2 years of RN ICU experience required. Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS AHA. Valid driver’s license, Skill checklist. Two supervisor or manager references from the past year. Shift & Contract Night shift , 3 x 12 36hr GWW. Every other weekend (EOW). Float Requirements: rotate taking turns to float to all other departments when ICU census is low. 13-week contract initial duration. Traveler Requirement To qualify as a traveler, the address on the driver’s license must be at least 60 miles from the facility location: Wytheville, VA 24382.
