Limited Permit Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Overview Fairview is seeking a caring, dependable, and motivated Limited Permit Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. This position is ideal for nursing graduates who have completed an approved practical nursing program and are currently practicing under a valid New York State Limited Permit while awaiting licensure. The Limited Permit LPN will work alongside Registered Nurses, physicians, therapists, and clinical staff to provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in a fast-paced rehabilitation and long-term care setting.
