Salary: $124,800 - 135,200 per year Requirements:

• The candidate should have experience designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and customer data models.
• The candidate should be able to build and manage data ingestion pipelines from multiple enterprise systems and configure Data Streams, DMOs, DLOs, Calculated Insights, and Identity Resolution rules.
• The candidate should be capable of implementing unified customer profiles, customer 360 capabilities, audience segmentation, activation frameworks, consent management, and data governance solutions.
• The candidate should be able to monitor and optimize Data Cloud performance, scalability, and data quality.
• The candidate should have experience designing and implementing Marketing Cloud solutions, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Audience Builder.
• The candidate should be able to develop personalized customer engagement campaigns, automated customer journeys, and real-time activation use cases.
• The candidate should be able to integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Data Cloud, CRM systems, and external platforms, and support campaign analytics, engagement reporting, and attribution models.

• Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and customer data models.
• Build and manage ingestion pipelines for CRM, claims, enrollment, web, mobile, and third-party data.
• Configure Data Streams, Data Model Objects, Data Lake Objects, Calculated Insights, and Identity Resolution rules.
• Establish unified customer profiles and customer 360 capabilities across enterprise systems.
• Develop audience segmentation strategies and activation frameworks for personalized customer experiences.
• Configure consent management and customer data governance solutions.
• Monitor and improve Data Cloud performance, scalability, and data quality.
• Design and implement Marketing Cloud solutions using Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Audience Builder.
• Develop personalized engagement campaigns using Data Cloud audiences.
• Configure and maintain automated customer journeys and real-time activation use cases.
