ED Social Worker - (PRN) (LSW/LPC)

Job Details Job Location: Silver Oaks Behavioral Hospital - New Lenox, IL 604519401 Position Type: Per Diem Education Level: Graduate Degree Salary Range: $30.00 - $30.00 Hourly Responsibilities Assist in responding to referrals, providing service information, and explaining other requests for services in the ER at Silver Cross. Assess all ages of patients and collaborate with a physician to determine proper disposition. Provide technical assistance to the discharge planning process under the direction of the Clinical Supervisor. Serve as the first contact with the community, excelling at providing resources and support to callers, walk-ins, and assessments in the ER. Qualifications Education: Master's Degree in Social Work or a clinically related mental health field preferred. Licensure: Illinois State license in Social Work or a clinically related mental health field preferred. Experience: Minimum of two (2) years in a psychiatric health care facility with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills; strong clinical assessment skills preferred.
