Job Summary Operating Room (OR) Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) position available in the St. Louis, Missouri area. This role involves circulating and/or scrubbing procedures in the Endovascular OR or Endovascular Lab, providing direct patient care across all age groups, and assisting with perioperative activities to coordinate patient care and maintain professional nursing standards. Position Details Specialty: OR – Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: 08/10/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours per week: 36 Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Details Schedule: Days, 4x10 shifts, 0645‑1715, minimum 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Current RN license valid in Missouri or eligible for licensure, BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA, 1 year Endovascular OR RNFA experience, scrub experience preferred. Preferred Qualifications: CNOR certification, additional scrub or perioperative experience. Float: May rotate to other OR units. Responsibilities: Assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care; collaboration with surgical teams; monitoring infection control; wound exposure techniques; providing hemostasis; utilizing aseptic principles for patient safety.
