Start Your Journey with Midas Hospitality Midas Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Tech to join our team at the Hampton Inn located in St. Charles, MO. This person will be responsible for assisting in maintaining the physical hotel property and hotel grounds. They will perform necessary repairs and assist with preventive maintenance in order to ensure a safe environment. What You Will Be Doing: Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment. Repair and maintain the physical structure of the establishment. Maintain a Preventive Maintenance Program within the rooms to ensure they are kept up to standards on a quarterly basis and the proper documentation is recorded. Use supplies issued for cleaning and maintenance duties carefully and efficiently. Respond to maintenance requests received from Front Desk or Housekeeping. Conduct pool chemical testing. Keep storerooms clean, neat, and organized. The Ideal Candidate: At least one year of facilities maintenance experience. A strong background or interest in painting is a plus.
