Member Care Advocate (Call Center) An integral member of CME Federal Credit Union’s Member Care team, the Member Care Advocate delivers professional and friendly service to our members. Positioned at our downtown Columbus center, this full‑time role supports the community’s banking needs and helps sustain CME’s commitment to serving those who serve our community. Uncover and suggest financial services to meet member needs. Handle electronic services including email, voicemail, chat, online banking, iPay, mobile banking, and Apple Pay. Take initiative and find solutions. Qualifications Minimum: high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of consistent sales and/or service experience. Preferred: experience in a financial institution. Friendly, approachable, empathetic, accountable. Excellent communication and detail orientation. Able to work fast‑paced, flexible and multitask across multiple channels.
