We are inviting you to apply for the Lead Retail Sales Associate Build-a-Bear position. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a positive guest experience that exceeds expectations through effective and efficient retail operations. Retail leads are also responsible for ensuring proper procedures are being followed by retail associates on the floor.

We require that you have background, consisting of previous experience in retail, customer service or sales environment. A good knowledge of computers and register systems is preferred.
