Full Time Behavioral Health Technician

Pyramid Healthcare is a national leader in behavioral health, mental health, and addiction treatment services. We operate a residential inpatient Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment facility in Duncansville, PA, serving adults on their recovery journey. Position Overview The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) is a frontline team member responsible for supporting clients throughout their daily recovery process. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment. Pay & Schedule $15/hr + Shift Differential 2nd or 3rd shift ONLY Client Care & Support Assist with client intake and admissions process Observe and document client behavior and self‑administration of medication Support individualized treatment plans and recovery goals Monitor emotional and behavioral needs and provide appropriate responses, including crisis intervention Program & Daily Operations Maintain accurate client documentation and records Coordinate and assist with daily activities and programming Ensure a safe, clean, and structured environment for all clients Assist with meal service and dietary needs Complete all required training and compliance requirements Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or GED Preferred: Experience in behavioral health, mental health, healthcare, or human services Background in customer service, caregiving, or residential settings Key Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stay calm in high‑pressure or crisis situations Organized, dependable, and team‑oriented Passion for helping others in a recovery‑focused environment Total Rewards for Full-Time Positions Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts Life Insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) with Company Match Tuition Reimbursement Employee Recognition Programs Referral Bonus opportunities And More!
