In this role, you will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support our clinical team in delivering high‑quality care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility . HIRING FOR: Full Time: 3P-11P Part Time: 7A-3P, 11P-7A $10,000 Bonus for Full Time! LPN Requirements -Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Tennessee -Experience in long‑term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred -Strong clinical and assessment skills -Excellent communication and teamwork abilities -Ability to prioritize and work in a fast‑paced environment -Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed LPN Responsibilities -Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans -Administer medications and treatments as ordered -Monitor resident condition including vital signs and changes in status -Complete accurate and timely documentation -Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges -Work closely with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapy staff -Support residents with daily care needs when needed -Participate in care planning and family meetings -Follow infection control and safety procedures -Help train and support new nursing staff Why Join Highlands Health and Rehabilitation Center We believe in supporting the people who care for our residents every day.
