Operations Manager

What We Do Food manufacturing and co-manufacturing Flexible packaging, bottling, canning, and secondary packaging TikTok Shop and Amazon fulfillment operations Rapidly growing internal brands and national customer accounts Responsibilities Production & Manufacturing Operations Manage day-to-day operations across manufacturing and packaging lines Coordinate labor, scheduling, production priorities, and line changeovers Improve throughput, labor efficiency, and downtime reduction Work closely with QA and production leadership to maintain compliance and operational standards Monitor KPIs including output, labor utilization, waste, downtime, and fulfillment accuracy Help implement scalable SOPs and operational discipline across facilities Oversee fulfillment operations handling high daily order volume Improve pick/pack/ship efficiency and warehouse flow Coordinate inventory movement between facilities Work with warehouse and fulfillment leadership to improve accuracy and shipping speed Assist with automation initiatives including WMS integration, barcode systems, and pick-to-light processes Inventory & Systems Maintain operational visibility across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods Help improve inventory accuracy and reporting Work within ERP/WMS systems and help drive operational adoption Analyze operational data and identify bottlenecks before they become problems Leadership & Accountability Hold teams accountable to standards and deadlines Help build a culture of urgency, ownership, and execution Coach supervisors and line leads Communicate clearly between production, fulfillment, purchasing, QA, and leadership Step in wherever needed to keep operations moving What We’re Looking For 5+ years of operations experience in manufacturing, fulfillment, food production, CPG, or high-volume logistics Strong understanding of production flow, warehouse operations, and labor management Comfortable in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment where priorities can shift quickly Able to solve problems independently without constant direction Highly organized with strong follow-through Strong Excel and operational reporting skills Experience with ERP, WMS, or inventory systems preferred Food manufacturing, supplement packaging, or fulfillment experience is a major plus Experience scaling operational systems is highly preferred Personality Fit Competitive and driven Calm under pressure Not afraid of hard conversations Bias toward action over meetings Understands both people and process Can earn respect on the floor, not just in conference rooms Wants to build something, not just manage maintenance-mode operations Compensation & Growth Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Significant growth opportunity as the company expands Opportunity to help build operational infrastructure at scale To Apply Send resume and a short explanation of: The most operationally difficult environment you’ve managed A process you improved that had measurable impact Why this type of fast-growth environment interests you #J-18808-Ljbffr CareersInFood.com
