Description:
Directly supervises work activities of 6 to 10 housekeeping personnel to ensure clean, orderly attractive rooms in hotel and similar establishments by performing the following duties. Assigns workers their duties, and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness.

Education:
High school diploma or general education degree; or one month related experience or training, or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Qualifications:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables; ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Grand Portage requires a background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing for all positions. American Indian Preference will apply.
