HVAC Selling Technician Hourly Plus Commission
Are you a skilled HVAC Technician who not only excels at diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems but also knows when it's time for a homeowner to upgrade? If you can confidently recommend and sell new systems during service calls, F.H. Furr wants YOU on our team!
F.H. Furr offers top-tier compensation, earning industry-leading pay averaging $125,000 to $175,000 per year! Plus, enjoy a $10,000 annual license bonus paid at $2,500 each quarter for holding at least a Journeyman's license. With year-round work over 30,000 subscribed members, leading marketing and sales, and loyal customers, stability and growth are guaranteed. What You'll Do:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems efficiently and effectively
- Identify opportunities where a system replacement is in the homeowner's best interest
- Educate customers on their options, providing honest and professional recommendations
- Sell new systems on the spot when appropriate, ensuring homeowners receive the best solutions for their comfort needs
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds long-term trust
What We're Looking For:
- HVAC experience 2+ years in residential HVAC service, repair, or sales
- Strong technical skills Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of HVAC issues
- Sales-driven mindset Confidence in recommending and selling new systems during service calls
- Excellent communication Ability to explain technical issues in a way homeowners understand
- EPA certification (NATE certification is a plus!)
- A positive, customer-focused attitude
