$150,000-$200,000 base salary

(experience-based)

Your Role: More Than Management
As Medical Director, you wont be
buried in paperwork. Youll be a practicing veterinarian who happens to
lead—someone who mentors new grads in the morning, performs surgery in the
afternoon, and shapes the medical vision of the practice throughout.

Youll be responsible for:

Setting the
medical and surgical direction for a collaborative 10-doctor team

Mentoring
associates and fostering a culture where learning thrives

Ensuring
gold-standard care while managing the practical side of inventory and
protocols

Partnering
with our Hospital Manager on recruiting top talent

Supporting
your teams "passion projects" and continuing education goals
