We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced Behavioral Health Registered Nurses (RNs) for both day and night shift opportunities in Richmond, Texas .

Facility Overview

24-bed behavioral health unit
Patient Ratio: 1:12
Supportive, team-oriented environment

Position Details

Shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM & 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Schedule: Every other weekend required
Scrub Color: Blue

✅ Requirements

Active Texas RN license or multi-state compact license
Minimum 2 years of behavioral health experience
Strong empathetic patient care skills
Ability to manage a diverse behavioral health patient population
Effective communication and de-escalation abilities

Ideal Candidate

Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced behavioral health setting
