Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Commercial Sales Professional role located in New Braunfels, TX. The Commercial Sales Professional will manage and grow a portfolio of commercial accounts by prospecting new business clients, responding to leads, and maintaining ongoing relationships with existing customers. Daily responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, preparing customized vehicle and fleet solutions, delivering professional sales presentations, and guiding clients through the purchasing and financing process. The role requires close coordination with service, finance, and management teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience, as well as regular follow-up to support repeat and referral business. The Commercial Sales Professional will also participate in training sessions, stay current on product features and industry trends, and contribute to dealership sales goals. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Prospecting skills to identify opportunities, generate leads, and close commercial deals. Candidates should possess effective Sales Presentations skills to clearly communicate value, demonstrate products, and tailor proposals to business needs. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and resolve concerns in a professional manner. Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to learn quickly, adopt new processes, and share product knowledge with clients. Previous experience in automotive sales, B2B sales, or commercial account management is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with comfort interacting with business owners and fleet managers. Ability to work on-site in New Braunfels, TX, with a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends. Basic proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software; valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
