Responsibilities

Connect with prospective clients to understand their specific coverage needs and goals.

Develop custom insurance proposals that provide meaningful protection for families and businesses.

Maintain an organized pipeline of client interactions and follow-up requests.

Educate policyholders on the nuances of their coverage so they feel confident in their decisions.

Collaborate with the rest of our office team to ensure every client inquiry is handled with care.

Participate in local community events to increase our agency presence and build genuine local connections.

Requirements

Current Virginia Property & Casualty insurance license.

Solid understanding of insurance policies and coverage types.

Strong comfort level with computers and digital management systems.

Previous experience working in a customer-facing sales role.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client meetings.

Prior experience with agency management systems or similar database software.
