Aviation AnalystThe Opportunity: You will support Naval Air Forces Maintenance Operations Center (MOC) by analyzing data, organizing, and documenting findings of studies, and preparing recommendations for implementing new systems, procedures, or organizational changes. You will process information into meaningful tools and reports and develop and analyze monthly metrics data, review, and analysis geared toward improving business processes. You will perform data management of database tables, data elements, reports, and other entities contained in reporting systems and analyze project requirements including program scheduling, critical path analyses, and project support or resource requirement determination.Join us. The world can't wait.You Have:5+ years of experience collecting, aggregating, normalizing, and standardizing aviation data to improve efficiency accomplishing work and creating visualizations for leadership analysisExperience using and troubleshooting macro-enabled MS Access databases and MS Excel tools and solutions with the development teamExperience with Naval Aviation databases and data analysis tools including OOMA and DECKPLATE, Continuous Monitoring Program (CMP), Aviation Management Supply and Readiness Reporting (AMSRR), Tableau Data Visualization, and ADVANA or JupiterKnowledge of Tableau, Qlik, or PowerBI to develop basic chartsAbility to conduct root cause analysis leveraging aforementioned platforms and collaborate on corrective action analysisAbility to generate professional content for MS PowerPoint briefs that are shared fleet-wide including Flag-Level LeadershipAbility to be detail orientedSecret clearanceBachelor’s degreeNice If You Have: Experience as a Naval Aviation Maintenance AdministratorPossession of excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skillsMaster's degreeClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
