What You’ll Do

• Perform same-day initial pest control services for new customers generated by our sales team
• Follow a pre-set service route dispatched in real time
• Communicate with customers professionally and confidently upon arrival
• Complete interior and exterior pest treatments efficiently and thoroughly
• Educate customers on service expectations and set follow-up appointments
• Maintain accurate service records and notes
• Uphold company standards for safety, quality, and customer care

 

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, on-demand environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Pest control experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate
