In this role you will oversee the Control and Reporting requirements for the Advertising & Marketing and Coupon Foods Teams. This A&M Control team focuses on supporting our marketing organization and provides control expertise, while learning how Foods marketing funds are allocated between brands, customers, and events. This is a hybrid role based in our Plano, TX office Responsibilities Oversee all Period Close Activities for A&M and Coupons Oversee the Periodic Balance Sheet reconciliations for A&M and Coupons, and provide accounting expertise on marketing agreements Oversee and review all Corporate Quarterly and Annual Submissions around A&M and Coupons spend, which are utilized in PepsiCo’s SEC filings Oversee and approve Black Swan annual reporting on all A&M Spend Lead the partnership on all required KPMG requirements on a quarterly and annual basis Lead team who manages all A&M Brand and Customer budgets and perform period A&M reporting Lead oversight for budget meetings with marketing personnel at all levels Enforce compliance of PepsiCo policies and SOX Control requirements Leverage technology to implement control process efficiencies Compensation and Benefits The expected compensation range for this position is between $123,500 - $206,750. Location, confirmed job‑related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
