About This Role We are looking for a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse to join our pediatric and adult long-term care team. You will provide direct nursing care to residents, lead the nursing team on your shift, and make a real difference in the daily lives of the people we serve. What We Offer Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Drug Insurance. 401(K) with company match PTO Virtual Doctor Visits - Telehealth Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Life and AD&D Insurance Disability Insurance KISx Card (surgery and imaging program) Tuition Reimbursement Daily Pay Available Fun, Creative, and Mission-driven work environment Supportive leadership that values your ideas What You'll Do Assess residents and develop individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond promptly Perform wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, and skilled procedures Supervise and delegate to LPNs and CNAs on your shift Communicate with residents, families, and attending physicians Document care accurately in the electronic health record Participate in care planning, MDS, and quality improvement activities Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility standards Requirements Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice Graduate of an accredited ADN or BSN nursing program Current BLS/CPR certification Long-term care or geriatric nursing experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays Equal Opportunity Employer.
