You will serve as a lead heavy equipment operator, executing precision earthmoving and site grading for dynamic construction projects. How You Will Make an Impact

\n

\n
• Operate a bulldozer with high precision to execute subgrading and final grading across project sites.
\n
• Read and interpret detailed grading plans to ensure all site dimensions align with specifications.
\n
• Set up and shoot site grades accurately using laser level equipment.
\n
• Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance to maintain optimal job site safety.
\n
• Assist field operations with septic system installation and water/sewer utility work as needed.
\n
• Collaborate closely with site teams to deliver finished site prep on schedule and within parameters.
\n

Required Qualifications & Experience

\n

\n
• Valid CDL A drivers license.
\n
• Extensive, hands-on experience operating a bulldozer.
\n
• Proven capability to perform subgrading and final grading on active job sites.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and execute site grading plans.
\n
• Technical skill in shooting grades using laser equipment.
\n

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• 10 years of related heavy equipment operation experience.
\n
• Prior experience with septic systems and water/sewer utility earthwork.
\n
