Responsibilities What you will be doing as a valued member of our team Provide supervision for assigned residents, including timely documentation as directed by the Program Director Program Manager and/or Case Managers Assist with the formulation and implementation of treatment plans for residents. Assist with living skills, groups, training, and activities as assigned. Assist with the admit process, including following bed bug protocols. Assist housekeeping staff prepare rooms for admit, when requested. Monitor residents’ medication compliance in conjunction with Nursing Staff. Complies with all WAC requirements and facility policies and procedures. Inform Program Director Program Manager and/or Case Managers/LPN Shift Supervisor of unusual events or resident behavior in a timely fashion. Perform facility charting requirements as directed and other paperwork in a complete and timely manner. Participate in peer review, supervision, intake and diagnostic staffing, in-house educational and administrative meetings as directed. Work cooperatively with supervisors and staff and maintains a good working relationship with all staff. Establishes good working relationships with all facility staff. Provide customer service to ensure internal and external customers of the facility have a positive experience. Performs all other duties as assigned Requirements Required Qualifications (Certificates and Licenses) Previous experience working with psychiatrically impaired adults in a rehabilitation/treatment setting preferred. Demonstrate interest, skills, and ability in working with and understanding the needs of institutionalized adults. Ability to interact competently with residents, families, staff, and personnel from community agencies Demonstrate respect and awareness of HIPAA and client/resident privacy. Must possess a basic knowledge of psychotropic medications. Must meet other training requirements as set forward or offered by the ARTF Program Director/ Program Manager Required Education Current Nursing Assistant Registered or Nursing Assistant Certified Equivalent experience is not accepted in place of required education.
