Typical Census- 180-230 including W&CH
Number of Case Managers (currently)- 6 total
1 CM weekend option, F/Sa/Su, 7a-7p
4-5 CM M-F, 8a-4:30p
Type of staff: See above
Patient Ratios – 1:40 M-F
Type of equipment – Laptops, cell phones
EMR – MediTech; Midas
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role
Case Management experience
Midas/InterQual use
Licensed Masters
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Knowledge of area resources
NATE
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
Interviewing patients/families face-to-face
MDRs on each unit, every day
InterQual reviews on every patient; Observation reviews, DPEs, Discharge planning

Gets along with anyone, not shy/timid
Floating Area(s):
Entire Hospital, including W&CH and ED
Dress Code:
Scrub Color/Attire - Caribbean Blue scrubs/white jacket

Follows hospital guidelines/policies
Weekends
Rotating Weekends, Sat & Sun, 8-4:30
