Predicate empowers teams to create modular policy enforcement for anti-money laundering and sanctions compliance enforced in real-time before transactions are executed. Our system enforces these policies with cryptographic guarantees, providing robust, scalable risk management tailored to real-world use cases. Today, we power the end-to-end compliance infrastructure for fintechs and financial institutions across the digital assets industry. The Role As the Marketing Lead, you will define and amplify Predicate’s position in the market while creating a consistent, clear, and compelling narrative across all channels. You will shape how Predicate is perceived externally, ensuring that our marketing efforts drive brand progression, support customer acquisition and product initiatives, and resonate deeply with our target audiences. All of this: to acquire new customers Responsibilities Marketing Processes Manage the core fundamental processes and feedback loops that define the marketing and communications function within the company. Execute cross-functional comms between sales, product, design, and engineering to create marketing content, campaigns, and product updates. Develop metrics-driven systems to measure marketing performance and identify optimization opportunities. Create marketing content, campaigns, and maintain a content calendar. Plan private Predicate events on a regular schedule to foster industry relationships and collaborate with other internal functions on execution. Coordinate with partners to plan joint events, podcasts, marketing/product campaigns, and other strategic initiatives. Design and produce one-pagers, decks, and demos to support the GTM and sales function. Consistently iterate on our language and product communications based on customer insights. Narrative & Storytelling Define and craft the storytelling and overarching narrative that clearly conveys our solutions and value proposition across digital asset-native audiences, traditional finance, and fintechs. Translate Predicate product design into clear, compelling messaging. Coordinate public appearances for Predicate including podcasts, keynote presentations, conferences, and events. Manage website content, design, and copy to effectively convey the Predicate technology and communicate product, business, and research updates. Produce high-quality content and thought leadership, including blog posts, research pieces, and keynote presentations.
