Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Field Service Technician located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Senior Field Service Technician will perform maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and installations of refrigeration and HVAC systems. Responsibilities include ensuring the proper operation of ammonia and Freon systems, troubleshooting technical issues, adhering to safety standards, and collaborating with engineering and installation teams. The role also involves documentation of service activities and providing client support to maintain optimal system performance. Qualifications Expertise in refrigeration systems, including ammonia, CO2 and Freon system maintenance, repairs, and installations Proficiency in Refrigeration system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to industrial and commercial refrigeration and HVAC Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and electrical schematics Experience with tools and equipment used in the installation and servicing of refrigeration and HVAC systems Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve field equipment issues effectively Excellent communication and customer service skills Willingness to travel as needed and work in outdoor/industrial environments Valid HVAC or refrigeration certification and EPA Section 608 certification required 5+ years of experience in industrial/commercial refrigeration or HVAC field service roles High school diploma or equivalent, with a technical certification or related training preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Iceberg Mechanical
