We are engaging Cantonese Transcription Experts to contribute to a customer’s project focused on professional-level transcription and AI advancement. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

1. Transcribe and annotate audio recordings in Cantonese and English with a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
2. Review and refine automatic transcriptions, ensuring alignment with linguistic and project guidelines.
3. Identify and correct language nuances, speaker accents, and contextual cues within audio samples.
4. Deliver clean, time-stamped transcripts that meet specified formatting and quality standards.
5. Collaborate with project leads to resolve transcription ambiguities and clarify unclear content.
6. Contribute linguistic insights to improve AI training data and model performance.
7. Submit deliverables according to established project timelines and milestones.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Native proficiency in Cantonese, with strong comprehension of regional dialectal variations.
2. Demonstrated experience in professional audio transcription, particularly with Cantonese and English content.
3. Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and linguistic sensitivity.
4. Proficiency with transcription tools, audio playback software, and typing in both traditional and simplified Chinese.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and completeness.
6. Experience reviewing or annotating linguistic data for technology, media, or research projects (a plus).
7. Ability to work independently, manage assignments, and deliver high-quality results remotely.
