As a member of the Cookie Crew at our Chattanooga store located at 1351 Broad St Suite 103 , you are the ultimate Insomniac. You serve as the front‑of‑store point person for interacting with customers, and you bake all our warm and delicious cookies. Promptly greet guests entering the store and take orders according to procedure. Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy. Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone. Bake delicious cookies to perfection and a scoop of ice cream. Ensure fast, warm, correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out. Handle cash and payments accurately and avoid shortages or overages. Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery. DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: At least 6 months of experience in a customer‑service focused role (preferred). Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor. Strong customer‑service focus and willingness to exceed guest expectations. Great communication, organizational and math skills. Ability to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product. At least 18 years old.
