Senior Backend Engineer, Test Core - Scale & Reliability

Vanta is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Test Core team. You will drive core backend systems to support automated security checks, scale DataDog observability, and mentor peers. You’ll shape technical direction and own end-to-end execution of critical features. You will collaborate across teams to ensure reliability, performance, and correctness in production.
