Qualifications:

• MS Educational Leadershiprequired.
• 3-5yearsclassroom experiencerequired.
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board mayfindappropriateandacceptable.

• Develop andmaintainrelationships with students, faculty members, parents, alumni, and other members of the community.
• Confer with parents, teachers, counselors, and students on matters of discipline and welfare.

• Share with the principal the responsibility for protecting the health and welfare of students.
• Resolves all discipline problems in a fair and just manner andmaintainsrecords of any discipline action taken.
• Complete investigative and due process procedures toconcludeinappropriate disciplinaryaction.
• Participatesin the development and implementation of all school practices as a member of the administrative team.
• Assistsin administering practices dealing with campus control and security.
• Assistswith campus supervision.
• Collect, review, and analyzebehaviordata; implement strategies with parents, students, and teachers tofacilitatestudentbehavior change.
• Supervise students on campus including parking lots,cafeteria, athletic events, social activities, programs, assemblies, etc.
• Assistin the enforcement of allfederal, state, CSAand district regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Assistin assigning faculty to supervision of co-curricular activities.
• Daily Duties walking classroom and campus; collaboration with administration for student support plans, collaborate with principal forhigh level behavior intervention/consequences.
• Shared withadministrationDistrict Discipline Reporting.
• ProvideProfessional Development in BehaviorandClassroom Management
• Organization and Management of Field Studies
• Organizes and manages studentevents.
• Communication with administrationregardingupcoming events andneeds.
• Management of Arrival and Dismissal; Training of school staff on carline procedures.
• Student Clubs and Activities Management
• Cafeteria Duty
• Training of Cafeteria Aides

• Supervises Cafeteria and Organizes the Cafeteria Policies & Procedures
• Facilitates/Supports PLCs whennecessary.
• Attends District and CSA Meetings
• Member of PSLT
• Attendance Committee Chair
• Title IX Coordinator
• Threat Assessment Team Chair
• Safety Meetings Coordinator
• Safety Alert System Coordinator (Centegix/Safer Watch/RAVE)
• Collaboration on Pre-Planning Activities and Delivery
• Fulfill the terms of any affected written contract and adhere to the Code of Ethics and Principles of the Professional Conduct of the Education Professionin Florida.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the principal.
