Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced XRay Tech to perform diagnostic imaging procedures in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality radiology services while maintaining strict compliance with safety standards and protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Operate radiologic equipment to capture diagnostic images of patients' anatomical structures.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to protect patients and staff.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to optimize image quality and accuracy.
• Maintain detailed documentation of procedures, patient information, and equipment logs.
• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of imaging equipment.
• Verify patient identification and explain procedures to ensure patient comfort and cooperation.

Qualifications:

• Valid ARRT (R) certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent X-ray/radiology experience.
• Active state radiology license or compliance with NLC guidelines.
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency with EPIC and other imaging systems preferred.
• Strong understanding of radiation safety practices and protocols.
• Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends, as needed.
