Join our award-winning team at Flawless Family Home Care as a Caregiver in
Coal City/Diamond, IL. We're seeking a dependable, attentive, and compassionate individual who is comfortable providing hands-on personal care and transfer assistance to our clients.
About the Position
As a Caregiver with Flawless Family Home Care, you will be part of a team that makes it possible for older adults and individuals with disabilities to remain safe and independent in their own homes. You will provide one-on-one, non-medical home care to a client in Coal City, IL, according to their individualized care plan. This may include:
• Hands-on transfer assistance and mobility support
• Assistance with ambulation and positioning
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Companionship and safety supervision
• Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition
• Completing accurate visit documentation through our mobile care app
What We're Looking For
• at least 1 year of caregiving experience required
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care and transfer assistance
• Dependable and able to consistently work the shifts you accept
• Reliable transportation to the client's home in Coal City
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
• Professional and respectful when working in a client's home
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and the office team
• Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling, clocking in and out, and visit documentation
• Able to complete all required background screening, training, and onboarding requirements
