Software Integration Engineer

Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical liaison between internal software teams and third-party SaaS providers. Manage and track support tickets with external technology vendors. Follow up on open issues and drive timely resolution. Coordinate testing efforts and procure test data required for troubleshooting and validation. Support API integrations and investigate integration‑related issues. Work closely with Principal Engineers on system improvements, troubleshooting, and integration initiatives. Document technical processes, vendor interactions, and issue resolutions. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of projects. Monitor integration health and identify opportunities for process improvement. Qualifications 3–5+ years of professional software engineering experience. Experience working with REST APIs and integration troubleshooting. Experience supporting or managing tickets with third‑party SaaS vendors. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and debugging practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Required Skills Preferred Skills Experience with restaurant technology platforms such as: Olo Punchh Toast Uber Eats Similar restaurant or retail technology ecosystems Experience working with cloud‑based SaaS platforms. Familiarity with API documentation tools such as Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI. Experience supporting production applications and integrations.
