Colorado Licensed Lead Roadway Engineer

Leading roadway design efforts for transportation projects, the full-time Colorado Licensed Lead Roadway Engineer will manage multi-discipline teams, mentor junior staff, and ensure high-quality design execution from concept development through PS&E and construction support, primarily working onsite in Greenwood Village, CO. Key responsibilities Oversee roadway design execution and coordinate with project managers and clients Provide mentorship to engineers and drive improvements in design workflows and tools Lead QA/QC efforts for roadway design tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness of submittals Required qualifications B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program or equivalent Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Colorado licensure preferred 6-10+ years of civil engineering experience, including 4-5+ years in roadway design Strong proficiency in Bentley OpenRoads Designer Experience delivering CDOT projects and familiarity with CDOT design manuals
