Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
- Provide expert recommendations and professional customer communication
- Maintain detailed service records and follow all safety guidelines
- Complete jobs on time, independently or in a team
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on HVAC service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- EPA Certification (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
- Clear communicator with strong customer service skills
- Reliable, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
