Field Sales Representative

HiFyve is hiring a Field Sales Representative - Landscaping & Compost Products in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX! Salary: $65,000+/year (based on experience) + Quarterly Performance Incentives Shift: 1st Shift | Field Sales Role (local travel in DFW, no out-of-state travel) Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX Benefits: Full benefits package + phone allowance + vehicle allowance + company gas card (~$800/month average) Overview We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative with experience in landscaping, horticulture, or compost products to help grow customer relationships across the DFW area. This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to shape sales strategy and directly impact growth in the landscaping and compost industry. Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Promote compost, mulch, fertilizer, and landscaping products to residential, commercial, and construction clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landscaping contractors, design teams, and customer accounts.
- Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to showcase product value.
- Support clients with landscaping design expertise and product knowledge.
- Manage customer meetings, site visits, and product sampling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities.
- Background in landscaping, horticulture, compost culture, or related fields (degree preferred).
- 2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience (field sales experience ideal).
- Outgoing personality with strong relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of landscaping design and applications is a strong plus.
- Must be located in the DFW area with ability to travel locally for client visits.
- Understanding of horticulture, soil, fertilizer, and compost applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple client relationships.
- Self-motivated with initiative and follow-through in field sales.
