Job Responsibilities:

• Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner
• Provide excellent customer service to our residents
• Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC items as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling
• Comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Have at least 2 years' in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills
• Have a valid driver's license
• Pass a criminal background check
