Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population including orthopedic, sports medicine, post-operative, neurologic, balance/vestibular, and general rehabilitation cases
• Deliver individualized, patient-centered care in a modern, state-of-the-art outpatient rehabilitation facility
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Contribute to a supportive team culture that emphasizes innovation, quality care, and professional growth

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Current and valid Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Washington, or eligibility to obtain
• Demonstrated clinical experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience treating orthopedic, sports medicine, or neurologic patient populations
• Background in balance and vestibular rehabilitation
• Prior travel therapy or multi-site clinical experience
